The overall objective of the project of which this contract was a part, is to develop business processes for all key services in the Human Resources and Administration Directorate focused on detailed analysis of current (as-is) processes, identification of gaps, benchmarking with existing standards and best practices, and design of future (to-be) processes to enable seamless, integrated, effective, and efficient execution of SADC Secretariat mandate.

The evaluation focused on the analysis of achievements and the quality of results interventions, in the context of a constantly evolving cooperation policy, and with an increasingly marked emphasis on results-oriented approaches and contribution to the implementation of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
From this point of view, the evaluators should find the lines of evidence explaining the reasons, conditions and how the results obtained related to the EU intervention and tried to identify the factors that have possibly generated or hindered the development of the timber and forest products traceability system in the Republic of Congo.

This independent evaluation of WFP Interim Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Algeria (2019-2022) assessed the strategic positioning, added value, and results of WFP’s operations in the country. WFP's operations in Algeria were implemented in the Sahrawi Refugee camps near Tindouf. Main activities included: general food assistance distribution, school feeding, social behavioural change communication, and livelihood activities.
