General Objective:
The general objective of the PADT programme/AT project is the sustainable improvement of living conditions and the reduction of territorial disparities in rural and mountain areas.
Specific Objectives:
The general objective of the PADT programme/AT project is the sustainable improvement of living conditions and the reduction of territorial disparities in rural and mountain areas.
Specific Objectives:
- OP1: Strengthening of know-how, both at central (strategic) and regional (operational) level in key areas where a lack of conceptual and technical expertise is diagnosed;
- OP2: Capacity building of the various targeted actors involved in the implementation of AR;
- OP3: Reinforcement of the coherence of the instruments/tools of intervention and the quality of the Services;
- OP4: Support for the monitoring of program performance indicator targets, with the aim of supporting the proper implementation of Advanced Regionalization.
