Mid-term evaluation of the Health Sector Support Program in Tunisia 'Essaha Aziza'
This evaluation is a "mid-term evaluation" and covers the period from the start of intervention activities in 2017 until mid-2023 (30/06/2023). Its aim is to provide an independent analysis of the programme's performance, highlighting the qualitative and quantitative results in relation to the objectives. More specifically, it will assess the relevance of the intervention's focus areas in light of the results obtained. It will also verify the proper delivery of equipment (including destination, allocation, use, and associated training). Additionally, it will evaluate the intervention's performance in terms of the results achieved and the resources allocated, as well as the satisfaction of users of frontline health services. The recommendations aim to contribute to the reflection for the next strategic programming in the health sector and to inform future interventions by 2025/2026.

End-term evaluation (ETE) of the Water and Sanitation Kigoma Region Project (WASKIRP)
The end-term evaluation (ETE) of the Water and Sanitation Kigoma Region Project (WASKIRP) aimed to generate evidence-based findings that highlighted both the positive impacts and the added value of the project, while also identifying areas requiring further attention from the WASKIRP phase-out intervention team and the Enabel formulation teams.
Beyond assessing project performance, the evaluation provided actionable and realistic recommendations aligned with its objectives, serving as valuable guidance for future interventions in similar sectors. A key component of the evaluation was the extraction of lessons learned from both the project formulation and implementation phases, emphasising experiences—both positive and negative—that had influenced performance, results achievement, and impact generation.
