Evaluation of ICI cooperation in Asia
The evaluation examined 12 projects funded by the Institutional Cooperation Instrument (ICI) across Central Asia (Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan), Vietnam, Nepal, and Indonesia. Its primary goal was to provide objective insights that would enhance accountability, foster learning, and support informed decision-making. The evaluation utilised the OECD DAC criteria, with a specific focus on assessing the effectiveness, impact, and sustainability of these projects. This process involved conducting in-depth reviews of each of the 12 projects, which were implemented by key Finnish institutions, offering a comprehensive analysis of their achievements, challenges, and overall outcomes.

Evaluation of the Republic of Türkiye WFP Country Strategic Plans 2018-2025
This independant evaluation of WFP Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Türkiye assessed the strategic positionning, added-value and results of WFP operations in the Country from 2018 to 2024.
The evaluation served the double purpose of accountability (performance and result assessment) and learning (why certain results occurred or not, lessons and evidence for decision-making). It is envisioned that the evaluation will inform the design of the new CSP for Türkiye, which is scheduled for Executive Board consideration in November 2025.

Somalia Crisis Recovery Project - Independent Verification Agent (IVA)
The Somalia Crisis Recovery Project is a flood and disaster recovery, and reconstruction project financed by the World Bank to the Federal Ministry of Finance (MOF). It will support immediate and sustainable flood recovery and finance activities to mitigate against future shocks, by supporting: (a) immediate early floods recovery and service delivery restoration activities; (b) immediate support activities to respond and mitigate COVID 19; (c) medium-term rehabilitation of flood-impacted infrastructure, services and livelihoods; (d) elements of immediate and longer-term crisis preparedness and recovery; (e) detailed flood risk management plans, including both structural and non-structural flood risk management solutions for the country; and (f) support to enhance government performance and accountability and citizen engagement in service delivery.

++Independent monitoring of immunization status in Afghanistan++
The project aimed to enhance polio vaccination coverage and provide humanitarian assistance to high-risk populations in Afghanistan. It sought to improve planning, execution, and data quality for the Humanitarian Actors Engagement, a consortium supporting the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI). Particip, as an independent monitor, conducted desk reviews, key-informant interviews, validated micro-plan settlements using satellite imagery, performed direct site observations, and gathered primary data on operations and infrastructure. We also visited communities to verify community participation and the implementation of activities across four quarters in 2024.
