The contractor will:
Undertake the formulation of an Action Document (AD) to implement a regional programme responding to illicit trafficking and transnational organized crime in selected West Africa and neighbouring Central Africa countries. This includes providing all the necessary inputs and undertaking all the necessary analysis, documentation review, fact finding work and consultations leading to propose the possible options/scenarios of programme focus and intervention logic. This work will identify key strategic questions/issues in order to support informed discussions with concerned EU Delegations and other key stakeholders.
