The main objective of this assignment was to assist with the elaboration of an integrated MHRMPs for
following 4 river basins of Western Georgia: Supsa, Natanebi, Kintrishi and Khobistkali through active
participation of relevant stakeholders.

The evaluation covers all European Union (EU) external action support to IPA Roma inclusion projects in the Western Balkans and Türkiye between 2016 and 2023. The main objectives of this assignment are to: i) provide an independent and evidence-based assessment of the EU's past and current external action support in the area of Roma inclusion; and ii) provide lessons learnt and recommendations at EU level to inform ongoing and future decision-making in improving current and future EU strategies, programmes and actions on Roma inclusion.

The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union, the interested stakeholders and the wider public with:

• an overall independent assessment of the performance of the 2nd strategic objective of the EUTF on resilience, paying particular attention to its different levels of results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results.
• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future interventions, EU policies, strategies.

The primary objective of this assignment is to provide the relevant EU services and the wider public with an independent assessment on the extent and manner in which the EU’s cooperation, particularly through the Commission, with pre-accession candidates in the Western Balkans has contributed to their alignment with EU standards under Chapter 24 of the acquis, as well as with the EU Pact on Migration, covering the period from 2018 to 2023.

The overall objective underlying the proposed FWC is to support the Contracting Authority (INTPA A2) and its partners to coordinate, manage and deliver on the three identified TEI components.

The global objective of this contract is to contribute to boosting EU-Argentina cooperation in line with the EU´s political priorities, namely the Green Deal and Digitalisation.

This independent evaluation of WFP Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Ethiopia assessed the strategic positioning, added-value and results of WFP operations in the Country from 2019 to 2023.
The evaluation served the double purpose of accountability (performance and result assessment) and learning (why certain results occurred or not, lessons and evidence for decision-making). It is envisioned that the evaluation will inform the design of the new CSP for Ethiopia, which is scheduled for Executive Board consideration in November 2024.

The technical assistance contributes to a more efficient implementation of EU resources in the Central African Republic through an institutional support to the services of the National Authorising Officer. As a result, it improves the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of aid in order to increase its impact on the economic and social development, in line with the National Plan for Recovery and Peacebuilding in the Central African Republic (RCPCA 2017 - 2021) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The purpose of the Election Expert Mission (EEM) was to collect and analyse factual information, assess and report on the electoral process against international commitments, standards and good practice for democratic elections in line with the criteria contained in the Commission Communication on Electoral Assistance and Observation [COM(2000)191].

The final evaluation of the Binational Adaptation Project in Colombia and Ecuador (2016-2024) was commissioned by the World Food Programme. The project was financed by the Adaptation Fund and implemented in two binational river basins. It sought to reduce the climate vulnerability of Indigenous Awa and Afro-descendant communities and their ecosystems and strengthen the capacities of the communities and regional institutions to adapt to climate change.
The evaluation provided an independement assessment of all project activities in both countries. It adopted a theory-based mixed methods approach that combined conventional performance assessment (through review of available documents and quantitative M&E data, and key informant interviews and direct observation in Colombia and Ecuador) with appreciative inquiry workshops and indigenous storytelling in beneficiary communities.
