General objective
The mission of the expert is to assist the TAAF Administation in the preparation of the draft Programming Document as well as draft Financing Agreement for the "OCT-Indian Ocean" regional program under the 11th EDF-OCT, in accordance with the provisions of the Overseas Association Decisoin. The Regional Authorizing Officer is the main point of contact for the expert.

The overall objective of the project was to develop realistic options for the introduction of a diploma qualification in the primary education sub-sector and to demonstrate their systemic, financial and institutional implications.
Particip reviewed the various options for a diploma as outlined below:

• Diploma qualification for teachers;
• Diploma qualification for other primary education sub-sector personnel;
• Diploma qualifications in areas of specialisation.

The mission was part of the preparation of the PAASIT, whose general objective was to contribute to reduce and dissipate the general climate of impunity and insecurity by advocating security as a public good of quality that meets the needs of all citizens.

The purpose of this project was to strengthen the capacity of the National Coordination Unit (NCU)
(i) to coordinate and monitor the programming and implementation phases of EU assistance to Armenia,
including advice to sector beneficiaries,
(ii) to strengthen the quality of NCU analysis and input regarding EU assistance and
(iii) to promote actions aimed at raising the visibility of EU assistance to
Armenia.

The global objective of the assignment was to identify and formulate priority areas for a new focal sector on Good Governance and Reconciliation by considering a medium and long-term time-frame of Reform processes.

The global objective was to recruit assessors to assist the Contracting Authority in the evaluation and selection of the best proposals under "EU Peacebuilding Initiative" (Ref: EuropeAid/154474/DD/ACT/Multi) and to achieve high quality, complete and coherent selection process of projects in line with the criteria set in the guidelines for grant applicants.

The objective of the study was to provide the EU with a review of the gender situation in Central Asia and in each of the 5 countries of the region (i.e. Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Kyrgyzstan) as well as specific recommendations.

The global objective of the assignment was to improve visibility and understanding of the EU in Liberia, and in particular of the activities financed from the 11th European Development Fund.

The project provided independent and objective monitoring and assessments of the EU funded projects' implementation progress with regards to quality of the activities being implemented towards the achievement of the expected results, perceptions on the ground and suggested actions for correcting gaps in the implementation of activities by the implementing partners. Furthermore, support was provided for context analysis of geographical corridors and formulation of an Action Document for future EU engagement in Somalia

Global objective: Raise awareness about the EU, its values and activities in Azerbaijan
Specific objectives:
1) Develop and implement large scale visibility and communication activities for the EUD, namely a one-week bus-tour to main urban centres outside of Baku: Ismayilli, Gakh, Zagatala and Sheki.
