The main objectives of this evaluation was to provide the relevant services of the European Union, the interested stakeholders with:

• an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the Action ‘Support the Development and Operationalization of the Partnership for Smart and Sustainable Urbanisation for India and the EU’, paying particular attention to its intermediate results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results;
• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future Actions, including improving their coordination, coherence and efficiency.

The overall objective of the programme of which this contract will be as follows:
To improve the efficiency, accessibility, accountability and transparency of the Georgian Public Administration in accordance with European principles of Public Administration and best practices.
Capacity building and advisory support will be provided for the development of the methodologies and tools required to implement and monitor the reforms in the PAR Roadmap priority areas, complementing other EU support provided under the overall programme.

• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in relation to the PI approach and use of PDSFs and in order to improve current and future Actions.

The overall purpose of this review was to gain a clear picture of international recruitments supported by the Finnish Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA). This allows the MFA to further develop this tool as a strategic element for advancing Finland’s development, trade, foreign and security policies.

The overall objective of the project, of which this contract was a part, was as follows: To conduct independent and objective monitoring activities of EU Priority projects implemented in various regions in Somalia, funded under the EDF funding instruments. (A list of EDF projects to be monitored was provided by the Contracting Authority).

The main mission of this project was to facilitate and support the Delegation of the
European Union in Morocco (EUD) in close coordination with the services concerned for the design
and the implementation of actions in connection with the bilateral programming of EU-Morocco cooperation
and the mobility component of the new pact for migration and asylum (Talent Partnership initiative) according to
two main axes.

The global objective was the successful implementation of the AU-EU partnership priorities and of the AU institutional reform and Agenda 2063.

The Evaluation Management Services (EMS) was a service contract which consisted in the implementation of strategic level and policy evaluations, meta-evaluations and syntheses of centralized and decentralized evaluations for the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (MFA). It corresponded to a model that is based on evaluation services commissioned to one service provider rather than outsourcing the implementation of each evaluation as a single assignment.

Through the creation of the platform for Global Exchange on Religion in Society, the EU wanted to explore a specific model for engagement with religion.
Specific objectives:

• facilitate the cross-fertilisation of ideas and experiential learning between participants with respect to best practices on the role of religion in promoting respect for diversity and fostering social inclusion
• create transnational networks of religious actors from different faith traditions
• provide these actors with ideas and skills to help them scale up their activities and reach out to a larger audience
