The purpose of the assignment is to develop a comprehensive Feasibility Study on inclusive education financing, based on the situation analysis, international practices and assessments of financial and other resources in Serbia, with recommendations and possible models of IE financing.

The USAID-funded Assistance for Families & Indigent Afghans to Thrive (AFIAT) project aims to conduct the AHS 2022/2023. The overall purpose of the project is to provide the data needed to assess the performance of Afghanistan's health care system by conducting a household level assessment of key health indicators with a focus on evolving perceptions and socio-cultural norms, with an emphasis on gender and youth, to guide implementation of high impact interventions for reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH), nutrition, and tuberculosis. The AHS 2022 will help to understand and monitor changes in household and community motivations, attitudes, habits (e.g., health expenditures), and other health information.

The overall objective of the TPM of the primary health care (PHC) and secondary health care (SHC) at PHC/BPHS and SHC/EPHS facilities is to independently verify the implementation process, results of the project by the contracted SPs in the supported health facilities and service delivery points and verification at the community level. In particular, the TPM does:

• Monitor Health Facility Functionality
• Conduct HMIS Data and Community verification
• Monitor Quality of Care
• Conduct Drug Procurement, Distribution and Storage Assessment

Furthermore, focused assessments will be carried out to verify that health workers received trainings provided by third parties. Finally, assessments of training and protocols on gender-based violence will be conducted at EPHS facilities.

This action aims to contribute to further strengthening the EU-India strategic partnership by supporting
the existing sectoral policy dialogues in key priority areas for bilateral cooperation. It also seeks to identify
and explore additional sectors in which mutual interest exists for enhancing the EU India relations and thus
contribute to further development of the growing bilateral relations. Through a mix of research, specialised
technical assistance, awareness raising, organisation of events, production of promotional material and
technical exchanges, it will act as the EU’s horizontal facility in India and help translate policy commitments agreed at the level of annual EU-India Summits and sectoral policy dialogues into follow-up actions.

L'objectif général de cette assistance technique est d'appuyer la Commission de la CEMAC dans la coordination et le suivi des projets d’infrastructures financés en mode blending dans le cadre Programme d’Appui à la Gouvernance des Infrastructures Régionales et Nationales en Afrique centrale (PAGIRN).

Particip provides this Transaction Technical Assistance (TRTA) to support the Government of Georgia and the ADB to prepare the Improving Learning Outcomes in Secondary Education Sector Development Program.
Through this program, the new secondary education curriculum wil be rolled out, and needs to increase the efficiency of the school system addressed. The program will increase the effectiveness of the school funding model, the quality of teaching, and address equity and inclusion challenges in the secondary education system.
The TRTA team will support preparing the policy-based loan and the investment project loan component, finalising the program design, a detailed policy matrix, completing due diligence requirements and planning program implementation arrangements. This includes analytical work, preparing technical, financial, economic, institutional, safeguards, gender and socioeconomic due diligence, as well as advise and assistance to ensure the investment project is ready for rapid start-up and smooth implementation.

The main objectives of this evaluation are to provide the relevant services of the European Union and the interested stakeholders with:

• an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the Public Diplomacy Actions (EU Policy and Outreach Partnership in South America – Phase II and EU Policy and Outreach Partnership, Canada – Phase II), paying particular attention to its results measured against its expected objectives; and the reasons underpinning such results;
• key lessons learned, conclusions and related recommendations in order to improve current and future Actions.

In particular, this final evaluation will serve to understand the performance of the Actions, their enabling factors and those hampering a proper delivery of results as to inform the planning of the future EU interventions in relation to EU Policy and Outreach Partnerships (EUPOPs) and Cultural Diplomacy. To this end, this final evaluation will also look at the package of Actions as a whole.

The main objective of this assignment is to assist with the elaboration of an integrated MHRMPs for
following 4 river basins of Western Georgia: Supsa, Natanebi, Kintrishi and Khobistkali through active
participation of relevant stakeholders.

ICRC’s Hospital Support Program architecture deliberately includes strong coordination with MoPH, including by setting up joint mechanisms on drug procurement and salary harmonization. With limited HR resources on the ground, the ICRC will tap into the Government accountability mechanisms that are impossible to duplicate through parallel system in the short term and will deprive the ICRC of an exit strategy and Afghanistan of a sustainable health sector.

• Carry out process monitoring of agreed activities of the project partners including indicators progress validated by field monitoring visits and cross checking through analytical reviews of deployed resources with proper record maintenance.
• Perform monthly evaluations to assess the project performance towards its defined milestones with feedback and validation from project beneficiaries and other stakeholders as per agreed work plan.

The main objectives of the Project implementation and monitoring support PIMS is to further strengthen the capacity of the staff of the EC (including FPI, line DGs, EEAS and EUDs) and the implementing partners involved in the design, monitoring and implementation of PI funded actions in line with results based management principles. The project has two main objectives: 1.Increase the capacity of EC and implementing partners' staff to design, implement and monitor PI funded actions; 2.Improve the quality of actions and the achievement and reporting of results.
