The global objective of this assignment was to support the Commission to identify the project proposals that contribute best to achieving the objectives of the grant component of the SWITCH-Asia II Programme.

The mid-tem evaluation provided the EU and other partners with an assessment of the project's performance and recommendations on how to improve the intervention to achieve expected goals and outcomes, taking into account problems and opportunities.

This assignment provided a coherent proposal to ECOWAS and EU for the strengthening of coordination and cooperation in security in West Africa and the implementation of programmes dealing with specific threats.
It gave sufficient background information and justifications to enable the ECOWAS and EU to make an informed decision on specific objectives and of the projects' implementation modalities.

The Global objective of the assignment is to support in the identification and formulation of an Intra-ACP Climate Services Programme to be included in the 2017 Annual Action Plan under the intra-ACP 11th EDF, in line with the Objective 2.2. of the Intra-ACP Strategy. Consultations with the key stakeholders in Africa, Caribbean, Pacific and Europe are undertaken for this purpose.

The global objective of this assignment was to carry out the final evaluation of Sivil Dusun Programme (contracts IPA/2012/306-893 and IPA/2014/352-653 centrally managed by the EU Delegation to Turkey in the framework of the Civil Society Facility - Turkey window). The evaluation provided findings and recommendations to assist the EU Delegation to Turkey in the programming and implementation of upcoming supports to civil society in Turkey, and more particularly of the third phase of Sivil Dusun due to start by-mid 2018.
