The global objective was the systematic and timely evaluation of the twinning projects “Support to Kosovo Assembly” (CRIS 2011/277-389), “Strengthening the functioning of Kosovo Assembly”(CRIS 2014/341-055) and “Further support to the Kosovo Assembly” (2016/372-105).
The specific objectives of this evaluation were to provide the relevant services of the European Union, the interested stakeholders and the wider public with an overall independent assessment of the past performance of the projects and key lessons and recommendations in order to improve future actions. In particular, this evaluation served the EU Office in Kosovo relevant services in headquarters for planning future assistance to the Assembly, the Ministry of European Integration and the main users of this evaluation were the above institutions.

The global objectives of the mission were:
1. Enhance the overall effectiveness of aid to Philippines in order to ensure more rapid achievement of Sustainable Development Goals and more rapid, equitable and sustainable poverty reduction.
2. Maximise the impact of EU aid to Philippines, through increased co-ordination, harmonisation and alignment among EU Member States and the European Commission, leading to strengthened aid effectiveness.

The overall objective of the project is to support the Government of Moldova to implement its reform Agenda and in particular to assist the government in developing the capacities required for the implementation of the Association Agreement (AA), including the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA), as well as to ensure the necessary follow-up for the post Visa Liberalisation stage.
Specifically, the project aims at strengthening policy-making at sector level, strategic planning and policy management capacities, enhancing stakeholders’ knowledge and awareness of EU policies, legislation and regulations.
Specific advice will be given to ensure the political, institutional and financial feasibility of the reforms in order to ensure their effective implementation.

The overall objective of the assignment was raising the awareness of young people worldwide about the activities of the EU on development and cooperation and especially about the positive impact they have on changing people’s lives for the better.
The specific objective was achieving this by creating enhanced international, regional and national media exposure by means of having a fresh different perspective on the EU-funded projects: a blogging competition and a reporting trip of 4 young people on 3 continents (Asia-Pacific, Africa and Latin America and Caribbean).

The overall objective of the assignment was to assist the Government of Swaziland in the reduction of poverty in Swaziland.
The purpose of the project was to improve the speed, the quality and the amount of the EU support to Swaziland. The programme aimed to develop the capacity of the NAO support unit to enable the NAO to effectively and efficiently perform and fulfil all of the responsibilities as set out in Article 35 of Annex IV of the Cotonou Agreement. The project also developped the capacity of line ministries, parastatals and NSAs to manage EDF/EU funds and strengthen their capability to design and implement policies, as well as to optimise absorption capacity.

Specific objective: independent technical expertise as an assessor were provided to increase efficiency in the evaluation of project proposals, according to the rules of the Practical Guide to Contract procedures for EU external actions - PRAG.

The contract will help to implement the Delegation of the European Union to Turkey's communication support programme with the purpose of increasing the public knowledge and understanding of the EU during the accession negotiation process and explaining implications of EU accession in Turkey.

The overall objective of the assignment is to further strengthen the capacity of the staff of the EC
(including EUDs) and of the ENI partner countries involved in the design, monitoring and
implementation of EU assistance in line with sector focused approach and results based
management principles.
The specific objectives are to:
