This end term evaluation (ETE) of the SG+ Project follows two specific objectives of learning and accountability. It is therefore both summative and formative with a general purpose to identify the project achievements and challenges of implementation and generate learnings for future programming and next phases of similar interventions. The accountability purpose is to provide an overall assessment of the performance achieved by the intervention.

The Corporate Emergency Evaluation (CEE) of WFP’s Response in Yemen mandated by the Office of Evaluation (OEV) served the dual objectives of accountability and learning. It provided accountability for results to WFP stakeholders, and generated evidence on WFP's performance in Yemen specifically to inform WFP's future engagement in the country and share good practices to promote broader learning on WFP's response to complex and protracted crisis.

The overall objective of the project is to strengthen EU-Australia and EU-New Zealand relations, in line with bilateral agreements and in coherence with the objectives of the EU’s Foreign Policy, as well as key EU strategies: the European Green Deal, a Stronger EU in the World, the EU’s Multilateral Strategy, the EU-Asia Connectivity Strategy, the Indo-Pacific Strategy, Global Gateway and Strategic Compass.

The project aims to enhance polio vaccination coverage and provide humanitarian assistance to high-risk populations in Afghanistan. It seeks to improve planning, execution, and data quality for the Humanitarian Actors Engagement, a consortium supporting the Global Polio Eradication Initiative (GPEI). Particip, as an independent monitor, will conduct desk reviews, key-informant interviews, validate micro-plan settlements using satellite imagery, perform direct site observations, and gather primary data on operations and infrastructure. We will also visit communities to verify community participation and the implementation of activities across four quarters in 2024.

This evaluation concerned eight projects funded by the EU which have been mainly delivered through the CBRN Risk Mitigation Centres of Excellence (CoE) Initiative. The projects contribute to the general objective to address specific global and trans-regional threats to peace, international security and stability, through enhancing governance and cooperation on CBRN risk prevention, detection and mitigation.

The project aims at strengthening EU-Australia relations, in line with bilateral agreements, highlighting its cultural dimension, in coherence with the Indo-Pacific Strategy, the EU-Australia Framework Agreement, and the EU cultural diplomacy strategies and programmes.

The Somalia Crisis Recovery Project is a flood and disaster recovery, and reconstruction project financed by the World Bank to the Federal Ministry of Finance (MOF). It will support immediate and sustainable flood recovery and finance activities to mitigate against future shocks, by supporting: (a) immediate early floods recovery and service delivery restoration activities; (b) immediate support activities to respond and mitigate COVID 19; (c) medium-term rehabilitation of flood-impacted infrastructure, services and livelihoods; (d) elements of immediate and longer-term crisis preparedness and recovery; (e) detailed flood risk management plans, including both structural and non-structural flood risk management solutions for the country; and (f) support to enhance government performance and accountability and citizen engagement in service delivery.

This independant evaluation of WFP Country Strategic Plan (CSP) in Türkiye assessed the strategic positionning, added-value and results of WFP operations in the Country from 2018 to 2024.
The evaluation served the double purpose of accountability (performance and result assessment) and learning (why certain results occurred or not, lessons and evidence for decision-making). It is envisioned that the evaluation will inform the design of the new CSP for Türkiye, which is scheduled for Executive Board consideration in November 2025.

The "Learning2gether2" program continues Finland’s support to implementation of the New Ukrainian School (NUS) reform, focusing on the Upper Secondary School (USS) Academic reform (Grades 10-12) with a budget of up to 20 million EUROs over four years. The purpose of the appraisal was to assess the feasibility of the Programme as defined in the draft Programme Document (PD).

The overall objective of the contract is to boost a sustainable blue economy through improved donor coordination, enhanced evidence-based policy dialogue and more effective cooperation.
