The objective of the monitoring and communication Assignment was to support the Danish Embassy in Addis Ababa in
(a) establishing and facilitating a functioning monitoring and risk management system for the Country Programme and other development engagements that will help improve programme effectiveness, facilitate learning and ensure informed decisionmaking by the Embassy and its partners, and maximise transparency and accountability regarding the development of the programme;
(b) communicating to both the Ethiopian and Danish general public and certain specific target groups relevant achievements and results obtained by the Country Programme and other partnerships in the Embassy’s country portfolio.

The objective of the mission will be to strengthen the capacities of COGEBISCO and other actors involved in the asset recovery chain.

The monitoring and evaluation technical services mobilized under this multi-sector action aimed to continue assessing the extent to which the strategic objectives of the EUTF were achieved. The contract built on the existing Monitoring and Evaluation (hereafter M&E) system put in place by the Fund in December 2016 and served to complement the regular M&E activities carried out by the EUTF operational team at headquarters as well as the internal monitoring conducted by EUTF local officers, at country level.
In particular, the contract served:
I. To provide evidence-based knowledge on progresses achieved by EU Trust Fund in Response to the Syrian Crisis (EUTF Syria) financed projects, and to inform on their management, through regular and ad-hoc Results Oriented Monitoring (ROM);
II. To measure the effectiveness of EUTF actions, through centralized data collection and analysis, based on disaggregated quarterly Results Reporting;
III. To evaluate the sustainability, efficiency and effectiveness of EUTF-funded programmes at thematic and geographic level and to assess potential prospects of impact, through portfolio evaluations.

The evaluation will assess the African Development Bank’s Regional Integration Strategy for Southern Africa (SA-RISP) 2020–2026, covering implementation from 2020 to 2024. It will review the Bank’s sovereign and non-sovereign lending operations alongside non-lending activities such as policy dialogue, analytical work, and technical assistance. The study will examine the strategy’s relevance, design, and coherence with regional and continental frameworks (SADC, COMESA, AfCFTA), as well as its effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability. It will also analyse the institutional, operational, and policy factors that enabled or hindered results, and draw lessons and recommendations to inform the design of the next SA-RISP.

The project aims to strengthen the EU's engagement with Colombia on external impacts of EU Green Deal policies and regulatory frameworks, with emphasis on the regulation on deforestation and forest degradation, through the use of EU's digital tools.

The Changing Lives Transformation Fund (CLTF) of the World Food Programme (WFP) provided selected WFP Country Offices (COs) with funding to better support governments to design and implement policies and programmes that improve the lives of the most vulnerable people. The CLTF has three thematic windows: (1) Transition, (2) Systems strengthening, (3) Climate adaptation.
At the level of the global portfolio, the contracted team of researchers designed an impact measurement framework and assessed the feasibility of independent impact evaluations in all COs selected by the CLTF. The team provided specific technical assistance for impact measurement to five COs (Chad, Kenya, Bangladesh, Iraq and Peru), in the form of research design workshops, country-specific concept notes for impact measurement, and (except Iraq) in-country support for baseline data collection and analysis.

The regional EU4Environment programme aims at helping the EU’s Eastern partner countries (EaP) preserve their natural capital and increase people's well-being. The objective of this assignment is to provide technical advisory support to the Government of Ukraine, to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources (MEPNR) in particular, to advance the establishment of the Emerald Network in the country.

The EU Cohesion Policy is a key investment strategy aimed at reducing regional disparities and fostering smart, sustainable, and inclusive growth across the EU. It operates through national, regional, and Interreg cooperation programmes to support infrastructure, the green transition, connectivity, and social inclusion in the EU Member States, while preparing candidate countries for EU membership by building administrative capacity through Interreg and tailored training programmes.

The purpose of this study is to support the upcoming 2026 evaluation of the Shared Services Canada (SSC) Cyber Security Program. This evaluation is being led by the Office of Audit and Evaluation.
The objective is to produce a study which includes the lessons learned for developing logic models and identifying performance indicators for programs who primary objective is prevent negative outcomes from occurring, such as in public health, security, or crime prevention. Furthermore te study will contribute to provide an assessment of how these models define, measure, and evaluate success.

The purpose of this End-Term Evaluation was to assess the relevance, coherence, efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, and impact of the Renewable Energy for Rural Development Phase II (RERDII) project, implemented by Enabel in partnership with FUNAE in Mozambique. The evaluation focused on the electricity component, notably the installation and operation of five solar mini-grids in Nampula and Zambézia provinces. It aimed to support accountability to partners and stakeholders, generate evidence on how rural electrification contributes to socio-economic development, productive use of energy, gender inclusion and community integration, and provide strategic lessons and recommendations to inform future rural electrification programming, including forthcoming climate-finance and Green Climate Fund-supported interventions.
