Le contrat porte sur la réalisation d´une évaluation environnementale et sociale cadre (EESC) portant sur les actions de terrain qui ont été mises en œuvre dans le cadre du Projet d'Appui à la Résilience Climatique pour un Développement Agricole Durable au Niger (PARC-DAD).

The overall objective of the GIZ-funded TRANSFORMASI Programme was to support the Bureaucracy Reform of the Indonesian government by contributing to a more effective, efficient, accountable and citizen-oriented public administration with sound public financial management systems.
In this context, the Ministry of Finance requested support for the improvement of the local financial management capacity building system and its institutional anchoring.

The objective of the project was to improve the transition from school to work.
The following results were expected:

• Develop a concept and an action plan for the acquisition of work experience during lower and upper secondary school levels, as well as corresponding material.
• Develop proposals for the development of curricula and teaching methodologies in order to improve the transition into work life.
• Develop a new brochure on the topic “Transition into work life” in order to inform teachers and pupils of secondary schools in 5 northern provinces of Afghanistan on career possibilities.
• Test the concept in pilot schools. Create links with the local economy in selected schools for grade 7-9 students e.g. in the form of study visits to local enterprises.
• Prepare and organise a national symposium on the improvement of career orientation.
• At the end of the project, present a strategy for the institutionalisation of a modular concept.

The overall objective of the project was to contribute to the socio-economic development of the Palestine Tubas Tayasir region by supporting and improving water and wastewater services to the population.

The specific objectives of the evaluation were:

• To analyse, appraise and document the results of projects implemented by GIZ and its Thai partners;
• To examine and identify factors influencing upon the attainment of results, including changing political, legal and socio-economic framework conditions;
• To investigate the modes of collaboration between GIZ and its Thai partners.

An improved coordination and cooperation among all audit stakeholders (staff of Court of Auditors, municipal representatives and civil society) was expected to enhance transparent and accountable public financial management in Honduras.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract has been a part was as follows:

• To increase the awareness/knowledge to the general population on the EU support to this sector through various actions and programmes.

The global objective was to carry out a comprehensive evaluation of the impact and sustainability of outcomes of the EIDHR CBSS programme in the period 2012-2013 in Georgia, in order to provide the Delegation with recommendations concerning strategic programming and operational choices for designing EIDHR in the future.
