The project aims to strengthen the EU's engagement with Colombia on external impacts of EU Green Deal policies and regulatory frameworks, with emphasis on the regulation on deforestation and forest degradation, through the use of EU's digital tools.

The Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) for WFP aims to assess program implementation, ensure data quality, and monitor market functionality in remote areas of Somalia. TPM providers will conduct monitoring and surveys under the guidance of WFP’s PMLE, Supply Chain, and Field Office Heads.
TPM staff, working full-time on WFP operations, will report to assigned field offices and provide the necessary personnel for effective monitoring. They must submit reports in English as per WFP guidelines, including:

• Monthly monitoring reports with checklists uploaded within 48 hours.
• Qualitative process monitoring reports based on field visits.
• Weekly progress updates on visits, delays, and challenges.

The regional EU4Environment programme aims at helping the EU’s Eastern partner countries (EaP) preserve their natural capital and increase people's well-being. The objective of this assignment is to provide technical advisory support to the Government of Ukraine, to the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources (MEPNR) in particular, to advance the establishment of the Emerald Network in the country.

The EU Cohesion Policy is a key investment strategy aimed at reducing regional disparities and fostering smart, sustainable, and inclusive growth across the EU. It operates through national, regional, and Interreg cooperation programmes to support infrastructure, the green transition, connectivity, and social inclusion in the EU Member States, while preparing candidate countries for EU membership by building administrative capacity through Interreg and tailored training programmes.

The primary objective of this assignment is to provide the relevant EU services and the wider public with an independent assessment on the extent and manner in which the EU’s cooperation, particularly through the Commission, with pre-accession candidates in the Western Balkans has contributed to their alignment with EU standards under Chapter 24 of the acquis, as well as with the EU Pact on Migration, covering the period from 2018 to 2023.

The overall objective of TPM's services is to partner with UNICEF Afghanistan to provide effective third-party monitoring and evidence generation in challenging and inaccessible areas. This collaboration enhances the quality, equity, and gender considerations in UNICEF's programme delivery.

The purpose of this study is to support the upcoming 2026 evaluation of the Shared Services Canada (SSC) Cyber Security Program. This evaluation is being led by the Office of Audit and Evaluation.
The objective is to produce a study which includes the lessons learned for developing logic models and identifying performance indicators for programs who primary objective is prevent negative outcomes from occurring, such as in public health, security, or crime prevention. Furthermore te study will contribute to provide an assessment of how these models define, measure, and evaluate success.

The overall objective of the service contract is to enhance the implementation of EU actions promoting and protecting human rights and democracy in partner countries under the NDICI Human Rights and Democracy Thematic Programme.

The objective of COWASH is to increase and sustain coverage of safe water supply, sanitation and hygiene in rural areas of the selected woredas. This appraisal provides an independent view of the feasibility and implementability of the planned project and supports the finalisation of the Project Document. The issues under review offer a comprehensive assessment of whether the PD provides feasible and practical guidance for implementation. Potential problem areas are identified and workable solutions are proposed.
