The global objective of this assignment was to achieve a good environmental status for waters;
establishment of the required capacity in Turkey to implement the EU Water Framework Directive (2000/60/EC) and the related daughter directives especially to fulfill the economic requirements and to ensure water efficiency and develop economic instruments for this goal.

The overall objective of this assignment was to design and develop a Results and Performance Based Monitoring and Evaluation System for the Private Sector Development Programme (PSDP) to be used by the Botswana Confederation of Commerce, Industry and Manpower (BOCCIM, now Business Botswana) to monitor and evaluate activities implemented by the Programme in the framework of the Private Sector Development Strategy (PSDS). In particular for the PSDP, qualitative and quantitative indicators specific to the private sector were defined in order to monitor the business environment surrounding the programme from the beginning to the end of its implementation.
The specific objectives of this assignment were as follows:

• Establish a web based performance monitoring and evaluation system for PSDP in the framework of PSDS at the Ministry of Trade and Industry (MTI) and BOCCIM.
• Design and set-up of PSDP web portal.

The PSDP aimed at capacitating Small, Micro and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMMEs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs), and Intermediary Organisations (IOs) by strengthening their value chains, improving access to finance and the ease of doing business as well as enhancing women's entrepreneurship and creating employment. The PSDP had a strong link to the Economic Diversification Drive (EDD) programme, which was a Government initiative to enhance local production and consumption.

The Institutional support project to the regionalisation process in Mali (PAIR) is financed by the European Union and implemented by the BTC. It aims at supporting the regionalisation process in Mali in order to foster the regional economic development. The Mid-term Review provided answers to "how" and "why" questions and was essential for assessing the value of the achieved results and of the implementation process of the whole intervention.

The overall objective was to enhance Pakistani and European citizens awareness and understanding about the role the EU is playing in Pakistan and how it is aiming to contribute positively towards poverty alleviation, economic growth and critical reforms in support of a more stable, democratic and prosperous country.
The purpose of this contract was to support the EU Delegation to Pakistan (EUD), and in particular the Operations section, to strengthen its messaging and capacity to communicate on the outcome and impact of EU development cooperation in the field of rural development.

To provide support to the EU – Community of Latin-American and Caribbean States (CELAC) summit and its side events asnd to raise awareness among EU and LAC citizens about the EU's development cooperation in the region.
