The overall objective was to recruit assessors to assist the Contracting Authority in the selection of the best proposals received under the call for proposals for "SWIM II Demonstration Projects" and to achieve a highquality, complete and coherent selection process of projects in line with the criteria set in the Guidelines for applicants.
The specific objective was to ensure that the best applications are selected for funding under the "SWIM Demos" call for proposals and that the timeline for contracting is respected. The expected results were:

• The technical assessment of the concept notes.
• The technical and financial assessment of the full applications.

These assessments will be used by the Evaluation Committee in the process of selecting the best proposals.
