This framework contract was set up to support the implementation of EIB's evaluations, EIB/EV regularly calls upon the support of experienced evaluation consultancy companies with appropriate sector expertise and language skills.
As part of the consortium led by Ramboll within this framework contract, Particip participated in the implementation of the following EIB evaluations:

• (Ramboll lead, Particip QA) Support to the Evaluation Cooperation Group’s (ECG) Working Group on evaluation recommendations, management responses and feedback loops
• (Particip lead) Evaluation of the Eastern Partnership Technical Assistance Trust Fund
