The project aimed to support the cooperation between Kosovo and EU under the IPA II programme, in particular for reforms in preparation for EU approximation.
The project provided an overall independent assessment of the project "Support to Civil Code and Property Rights" (IPA/2014/344-574), paying particularly attention to sustainability of results and impact of the project and developed in a participatory process key lessons and recommendations for future EU support and the overall reforms.
