The global objective of this assignment was to support the two Hydro-meteorological Institutes of Bosnia-Herzegovina in the preparation of the "Hydrological forecasting system for Sava River Basin (Phase 1. Bosna River)" project.
More specifically the objectives of the assignment were:

• to assess the scope of the different Project activities as identified in the Action Document and to identify exact number, types and optimal sequencing of contracts to implement Project activities;
• on the basis of the above-mentioned assessment, to develop all related tender documentation, i.e. Terms of Reference (ToR) of the service contract and technical specifications related to the supply contract (s), etc.
