The evaluation study responded to the requirements of the last phase of the project cycle. The
consultant assessed in particular efficiency, effectiveness of implementation and its related activities giving particular attention to the impact and sustainability of the actions.

The experts were requested to verify, analyse and assess the integration and impact of cross cutting issues in the project.
