Feasibility Study on development of a sustainable model of Inclusive Education Financing
The exercise will contribute to UNICEF’s efforts in supporting the Government of Serbia and MoESTD to further align national policy, legal and institutional framework to international standards through, i.e. improvement of the IE financing.
The exercise will inform development of the most appropriate model of IE financing, that will secure the adequate funding level, funding methods and mechanisms and contribute to education effectiveness, openness, and equity, and will recommend next steps for all financing levels (national, AP, local
and school level).
