The objective of this project is to strengthen partnerships between the EU and Honduras to collectively address the challenges of attaining deforestation-free supply chains. The support is targeting Instituto Hondureño del Café (IHCAFE) as well as the Subsecretary of Coffee from SAG and ICF on behalf of other entities as a basis for a wider deforestation-free value chain support compliance.

As a joint AU-German Government initiative, the GIZ project "Citizen Engagement and Innovative Data Use for Africa's Development (DataCipation)" project aims to strengthen the engagement between AU Organs, Regional Economic Communities, Member States and citizens leveraging data, digital and non-digital approaches for good governance and development.
Core activities are the development and implementation of communication formats enabling participatory, inclusive and creative engagement for citizens in line with the AU brand identity as well as capacity development for AU staff on interactive communication tools and methodologies.
As a second project under this contract, the GIZ Support Project to the AfCFTA (AfCFTA project) is supported through professional communication services.

The objective of this consultancy service is to support sustainable management of natural resources and economic development through local community engagement in Ukraine, as part of Activity 4.2 under Result Area 4 of the EU4Environment Programme. Implemented by the World Bank, in close coordination with the Ministry of Environmental Protection and Natural Resources of Ukraine (MEPR) and Amalgamated Territorial Communities (ATCs), the service aims to provide analytical, advisory, and capacity-building support to promote community-based natural resource management (NRM), leveraging forests and related ecosystem services for rural job creation and local resilience.

The general aim of the action is to support the European Union Delegation in Djibouti in its support for Djiboutian civil society in terms of political advocacy and capacity building.

The Youth Action Plan (YAP) in EU External Action 2022–2027, adopted in October 2022, aims to promote meaningful youth participation and empowerment in EU external action for sustainable development, equality, and peace. The global objective of this evaluation is twofold:

• To provide the relevant EU services and stakeholders with an independent assessment of the performance of the YAP, ensuring accountability by examining results at different levels against expected objectives and analysing the factors underpinning those results.
• To identify key lessons learned, conclusions, and recommendations regarding the YAP in order to inform decision-makers on how to improve current and future interventions on youth mainstreaming in EU policies, dialogues, and actions, notably within Global Gateway initiatives.

'Inclusive Local and Economic Development' (ILED) is an EUTF-funded programme that aims to contribute to stability in Somalia by extending state authority and services, promoting local reconciliation and peacebuilding, creating inclusive economic opportunities, and protecting the most vulnerable. It relies on an integrated territorial approach that clusters individual interventions within four strategic corridors.
The evaluation has been commissioned by the EU Delegation to Somalia. It provides an overall independent assessment of the performance of the programme and identifies lessons learned, conclusions, and recommendations. The evaluation adopts a theory-based approach using mixed methods, and it covers the entire implementation period from 2018 to 2025, all key result areas, and all four corridors.

Increase Knowledge and Public Awareness of Integrated and Sustainable Landscape Management (ISLM) and Coastal Zone Management (CZM) to reduce the vulnerability of the Jamaican ecosystems from the hills to the ocean and strengthen the resilience of communities within the targeted watersheds against the adverse effects of climate change.

The overall objective (Impact) to which this action contributes is to ensure the efficient and effective use of PA assistance in Türkiye by enhancing the quality and performance of EU-funded interventions through strengthening design, monitoring and evaluation systems, with a particular focus on supporting the post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction efforts.
The specific objectives (Outcomes) of this contract are as follows:

• To conduct a single monitoring mission in line with the ROM methodology to ensure achievement of objectives of the PPF project at action level.
• To assess the performance of the PPF Project in terms of the ROM criteria.

The overall objective of the project is to promote the EU as a strong partner of Pakistan in its efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), with a focus on socio-economic development, good governance, human rights, rule of law and sustainable management of resources.
