The general objective is to provide the relevant Commission services and other key stakeholders with an independent assessment of the contribution of blending to the achievement of EU policy objectives in EU Neighbourhood and Western Balkans regions. The evaluation aims to: i) provide an assessment in both qualitative and quantitative terms on the relevance, conditions of implementation and performance of Blending as an aid modality, particularly its efficiency, effectiveness, sustainability, impact, EU added value and cooperation potential; ii) identify lessons learnt/best practices as well as recommendations on the use of blending in EU external action.

The objective of the assignment was to strengthen change and knowledge management at the SADC Secretariat through assessment of opportunities and threats to change and development of tools to implement and monitor change and knowledge management.

The project aims at strengthening EU-Australia relations, in line with bilateral agreements, highlighting its cultural dimension, in coherence with the Indo-Pacific Strategy, the EU-Australia Framework Agreement, and the EU cultural diplomacy strategies and programmes.

The purpose of the meta-analysis of the 2021-2024 Country Programmes in Finland's 10 partner countries is to support the achievement of Finland’s development policy objectives in the partner countries, and to provide information for the further development of the Country Programmes and their implementation at the strategic level. The meta-analysis and its recommendations will support the regional departments in the programming of the next generation of Country Programmes, and in their subsequent management.

The overall objective of the project of which this contract will be a part is as follows:
To conduct independent and objective monitoring activities of EU Priority projects implemented in various regions in Somalia funded under the EUTF funding instruments. (A list of ongoing EUTF projects is attached and those most likely to be monitored are indicated.).

This project involves providing regular and continuous technical asistance for developing and organizing the implementation of communication and visibility actions around the EU - Haiti partnership. This includes the development and implementation of a communication strategy and monitoring tools, as well as related activities, contents and support products.

The objective of this project is to increase the visibility of the European Union's State Building Contract (SBC-II) programme on the reforms undertaken by the Haitian State and ensuring strong participation and involvement of the legislative power and civil society in the reform process.

The overall objective of the contract is to enhance overall effectiveness and visibility of the Team Europe approach in Zimbabwe.

This ex-post evaluation will analyse the effectiveness, efficiency, coherence, relevance and EU added
value of the investments made within the 2014-2020 programming period, under the European Territorial
Cooperation (ETC) programmes.

The service aims at developing visibility and promotional products and actions in order to increase visibility of the EUTF programmes and to deliver key messages related to the EUTF portfolio in Ethiopia to the general public, decision makers and other relevant stakeholders both in Ethiopia and in Europe.
The service has to be undertaken in close cooperation with the European Union Delegation, the Ethiopian Government including its regional bureaus when necessary, the beneficiaries and Implementing Agencies.
The geographical area to be covered by the service contract are all the regions targeted by the EUTF interventions (Addis Ababa,Tigray, Afar, Somali and Gambella regional states, among others).
The target groups are ample and varied, although it is expected to reach mainly the general public and more specifically, policy makers, government officials, development partners, and all relevant stakeholders working on or interested in irregular migration and forced displacement , job creation, private sector development, access to basic services (education, health, water among others, social cohesion and peace building.
