The European Union and the Philippines are working together to build a greener, more connected and sustainable future. From climate action and digitalisation to good governance and investment, the partnership tackles issues that matter to people across the country.

For 2024–2027, Particip is supporting the EU Delegation to the Philippines in delivering nationwide digital campaigns with influencers and content creators. The goal is to make the EU’s work more visible, accessible and relevant—especially to younger audiences —through creative content that sparks engagement and strengthens the EU’s profile as a trusted long-term partner.

Particip is currently seeking short-term expert support to contribute to the implementation of this initiative.

Job description

The expert will support the campaign’s performance reporting by turning platform data into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand insights. Working closely with the Key Digital Marketing Expert, the role will focus on maintaining performance dashboards, creating strong data visualisations and drafting concise reports that highlight key trends and results. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys making complex data accessible and compelling.

Under the direction of the Key Digital Marketing expert, the resource will:

  1. Collate and process raw social media and web metrics (reach, views, engagement, engagement rate, click-throughs, follower growth, and related indicators) from the data pack supplied by the Key Expert.
  2. Build and maintain a campaign performance dashboard that refreshes each reporting cycle from the supplied data, presenting progress against the campaign KPIs. 
  3. Come up and derive new reporting templates that will be stakeholder driven and that can be replicated across the project course.  
  4. Maintain data and numbers on a 3rd party platform such as PowerBI or accompanying tool to allow real-time cascades of data and information based on campaign’s outcomes.  
  5. Draft the monthly and quarterly analytics reports in the agreed template, using plain, non-technical language and audience-friendly visuals, and including first-draft factual observations for the Key Expert's review. 
  6. Design clear data visualizations (charts, infographics, summary tiles) suitable for a non-technical audience. 
  7. Edit and proofread reports, presentations and related campaign materials for accuracy, clarity and consistency, as directed by the Key Expert. 
  8. Provide other directly related reporting and production support as reasonably required

Requirements

Qualifications and experience 

  • Degree in data/analytics, statistics or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. 
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum 3 years) in marketing analytics and performance reporting, ideally for brand-awareness or public-communication campaigns. 
  • Proven ability to build and maintain dashboards in a recognized tool (e.g. Looker Studio, Power BI, or Sprout Social reporting). 
  • Strong data-visualization skills and the ability to translate complex metrics into simple, compelling, non-technical outputs. 
  • Excellent written English, including editing and proofreading; accuracy and consistency under a regular reporting cadence. 

Desirable 
  • Familiarity with Meta, YouTube and Google analytics, and with Sprout Social. 
  • Experience reporting for EU-funded, multilateral or development-sector communication projects. 
  • Awareness of the Philippine digital media and influencer landscape. 

Additional information

This is a freelance opportunity for a total of 20 working days, supporting a high-visibility digital campaign for the EU in the Philippines.

The project is based in Manila, with remote work possible from anywhere in the Philippines. It’s a great fit for someone looking for a flexible, short-term assignment where data, digital communication and creative storytelling come together.
