The European Union and the Philippines are working together to build a greener, more connected and sustainable future. From climate action and digitalisation to good governance and investment, the partnership tackles issues that matter to people across the country.
For 2024–2027, Particip is supporting the EU Delegation to the Philippines in delivering nationwide digital campaigns with influencers and content creators. The goal is to make the EU’s work more visible, accessible and relevant—especially to younger audiences —through creative content that sparks engagement and strengthens the EU’s profile as a trusted long-term partner.
Particip is currently seeking short-term expert support to contribute to the implementation of this initiative.
Job description
The expert will support the campaign’s performance reporting by turning platform data into clear, engaging and easy-to-understand insights. Working closely with the Key Digital Marketing Expert, the role will focus on maintaining performance dashboards, creating strong data visualisations and drafting concise reports that highlight key trends and results. This is a hands-on production role for someone who enjoys making complex data accessible and compelling.

This is a freelance opportunity for a total of 20 working days, supporting a high-visibility digital campaign for the EU in the Philippines.
