The independent Evaluation of the Lebanon World Food Programme (WFP) Country Strategic Plan (CSP) 2023–2027 aims to generate evidence and learning on WFP’s performance in Lebanon, while ensuring accountability to WFP stakeholders and affected populations.

Le Programme d'Appui à l'Égalité des Genres au Bénin (PAEG), phase 1 : 01/07/2022 - 30/06/2026 vise à renforcer l'égalité des genres au sein de la population béninoise et ainsi à réduire durablement la vulnérabilité socio-économique de la population féminine au Bénin.

L'objectif général du projet est de promouvoir l'UE en tant que partenaire solide du Pakistan dans ses efforts pour atteindre les objectifs de développement durable (ODD), en mettant l'accent sur le développement socio-économique, la bonne gouvernance, les droits de l'homme, l'État de droit et la gestion durable des ressources.

The general purpose of this assignment is to provide the relevant EU services, EU and non-EU donors
of the trust fund, African partner countries and the wider public with an independent final evaluation of
the EUTF for Africa. The EUTF for Africa is financing interventions in several countries in Africa, crossed by the major migration routes, including countries in the Sahel and Lake Chad regions, the Horn of Africa and North Africa. The final evaluation covers the period since the EUTF for Africa inception in November 2015 until December 2024. Thematically, the evaluation focuses on the EUTF's objective of addressing the root causes of irregular migration and forced displacement.

L'objectif principal de cette évaluation est de fournir aux services compétents de l'UE ainsi qu’au grand public une évaluation indépendante portant sur l’étendue et les modalités par lesquelles la coopération de l'UE, notamment via la Commission, avec les candidats à la préadhésion dans les Balkans occidentaux a contribué à leur alignement sur les normes européennes du chapitre 24 de l'acquis, ainsi que sur le pacte européen sur les migrations, pour la période de 2018 à 2023.

This contract will contribute to the overall objective of the Programme, which is to ensure food security and access to healthcare services, promote income-generating activities, and reduce the risk of disasters, particularly for the most vulnerable populations, including women and children.
The Programme focuses on:
- Strengthening food security for the most vulnerable groups and enhancing their capacity to engage in income-generating activities in provinces most affected by food crises.
- Improving the health of the Afghan population.
- Promoting anticipatory responses to recurrent crises resulting from climate shocks, through disaster risk reduction and management.

The Support to Rural Entrepreneurship, Investment and Trade in Papua New Guinea (EU-STREIT PNG) is a large EU-funded UN Joint Programme that aims to foster rural development in the two Sepik provinces of Papua New Guinea. It adopts a holistic approach that integrates the development of three agrofishery value chains with enabling services and infrastructure in related sectors.
The evaluation has been commissioned by the EU Delegation to Papua New Guinea. It provides an overall independent assessment of the performance of the programme and identifies lessons learned, conclusions, and recommendations. The evaluation adopts a theory-based approach using mixed methods, and it covers all programme activities over the entire implementation period.

The USAID-funded Assistance for Families & Indigent Afghans to Thrive (AFIAT) project aims to conduct the AHS 2022/2023. The overall purpose of the project is to provide the data needed to assess the performance of Afghanistan's health care system by conducting a household level assessment of key health indicators with a focus on evolving perceptions and socio-cultural norms, with an emphasis on gender and youth, to guide implementation of high impact interventions for reproductive, maternal, newborn, and child health (RMNCH), nutrition, and tuberculosis. The AHS 2022 will help to understand and monitor changes in household and community motivations, attitudes, habits (e.g., health expenditures), and other health information.
