The global objectives were:

• Production of 2 Annual Reports 2015;
• Translation into maximum 2 languages from English originals;
• Production of 2 leaflets (one new and one duplication of an existing one);
• Creation and production of infographics in 2 roll-ups;
• Production of 500 note pads (25 pages) and
• Production of 500 folders;
• Creation of an image representing blending with one slogan;
• Production of a PowerPoint;
• Including editing, writing, translation, graphic design, proofreading and printing for the above productions.

The project consisted of:
1. Writing and editing of up to 35 pages Operational Report 2015 of IFCA, AIF and IFP (one report for the 3 financial instruments) in English and translated into French and Russian. The contractor was to prepare its final invoice according to the effective number of pages; however, the exact number of pages was confirmed by the Commission to the contractor based on the final draft in English.
2. Writing and editing of a 35 pages Operational Report 2015 of LAIF and CIF (one report for the 2 financial instruments) in English and translated into French and Spanish. The contractor was to prepare its final invoice according to the effective number of pages; however, the exact number of pages was confirmed by the Commission to the contractor based on the final draft in English.
3. Writing, editing of a leaflet (three-fold) to present the new instrument AfIF (African Investment Facility) in English and French.
4. Concept creation, drafting and layout of infographics on roll-up on Blending: one in English, one in French, one in Spanish, one in German (based on recent leaflet and recent infographics).
5. Producing a PowerPoint (English) presentation based on the Blending leaflet the annual reports and the leaflet on AfiF.
6. Creation and production of a folder (for upcoming events) on Financial Instruments/Blending for development (quantity: 500).
7. Creation and production of 500 notepads (25 pages, paper 90gr- glue bonded)
8. Translation in Spanish and German of the existing leaflet on Blending and production in the same layout as the English version (InDesign version was provided by the Commission).
9. Translation of the documents in the languages as mentioned above.
10. Graphic design of the above elements.
11. Printing of the above items.
12. The contractor was asked to include in its financial offer, as an option, a provision to purchase maximum 25 additional pictures in total from third-party sources.
13. The contractor had the responsibility of proofreading all the texts before transmission to the project manager in charge of each project.
