The global objective was to provide an analytical basis with the purpose of realization of green growth in long-term; within this scope related to building, transportation, waste and agriculture sectors to make GHGs emission modeling and prioritizing the action area.
The specific objective of this assignment was the preparation of Terms of Reference for the component “Technical Assistance for Developed Analytical Basis for Formulating Strategies and Actions towards Green Growth” of the “Capacity Building in the Field of Climate Change in Turkey” Project.
