This opportunity is still at prequalification stage, so the following information is indicative. The dates given are also estimates based on the deadlines and duration of procedures typically set by the EU Contracting Authorities (Please note that the Terms of Reference are not available until the tender stage).

The action will support the implementation of strategic communication activities designed to raise awareness, understanding and perception of the EU and its partnership in Indonesia, in line with the priorities identified in the Regional Multi annual Indicative Programme as well as relevant global and regional strategies. This will be done through 360-degree Global Gateway communication campaigns. 

Estimated duration: 36 months.

  • Supervise the development and implementation of a sound communication strategy to raise awareness and increase positive perception of EU within Indonesian youth.
  • Ensure coordination and policy alignment: guarantee coherence, timely implementation aligned with EU policies, interests, and key messages.
  • Overall coordination of the technical assistance and implementing some key strategic tasks.
  • Management of the expert team.
  • Ensuring quality of outputs and compliance with the timings and deadlines.  
  • Plan and mobilise expertise.

Qualifications & skills:
 

  • Relevant master’s degree (advertising/ marketing/content marketing/campaigning) or equivalent professional experience.
  • Professional written and spoken English - able to draft reports in English.
  • Bahasa is an asset.
  • Perfect understanding of Indonesian audience (esp. youth 18-34y) and of Indonesian market.
 General experience: 

  • Minimum 10 years in advertising/marketing/content marketing/360° campaigns.
 Specific experience: 

  • Minimum 3 years leading/coordinating multidisciplinary teams or workstreams.
  • Minimum 3 years managing campaigns end-to-end.
  • Strong working experience in Indonesia, Southeast Asia experience is an asset.

Informations supplémentaires

*To be confirmed whether this will be a full-time position. In our experience the expert needs to be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
