The overall objective of the project was to contribute to the development and national/local governance in Rwanda.
More specifically it contributed to the identification of a "civil society support program" under the 11th European Development Fund aiming at supporting the CSOs and the media in engaging with State authorities in the governance policy dialogue, oversight and advocacy as well as to increase their capacity to represent the views of citizens in dialogue with government and deliver quality services.
