The overall objective of this contract was to strengthen the performance of the support services to the National Authorising Officer of the EDF in the application of the cooperation Djibouti-EU.
The specific objectives of this contract were the following:

• enhance the staff capacity of the EDF Unit;
• improve the organisation and the functioning of the EDF Unit;
• support the EDF Unit in the implementation of its programming, monitoring and evaluation activities.
