TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE TO SADC SECRETARIAT TO CONDUCT HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING.

The main purpose of conducting a Human Resources and Administration (HRA) business process reengineering is the need for redesign and modernisation of all HRA processes at SADC Secretariat so as to increase organisational, efficiency and effectiveness.
Results:
a) Project Inception Report, which shall consist of the detailed Project Work Plan to carry out the assignment.
b) As-Is Study Report, including stakeholder analysis, identification of services, and detailed process diagrams for the current business processes.
c) Business Process Reengineered Recommendations Report and mapped business processes, documented as Standard Operating Procedures that are transparent, effective, efficiency, measurable, lean and that are easy to understand.
