Provision of Human Resource Deep Dive Audit for Recruitment and Human Resource Management of Ministry of Interior Affairs (MOIA) Senior Civilians
The “Offline” CBR mechanism, managed by UNDP provided an option to pay competitive salaries to up to 191 senior civilian officials requested for the MOIA, following established recruitment and selection guidelines.
Specific objectives of the HR audit were: to identify key challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations for strengthening the management, practices, and processes of recruiting qualified civilians in the MOIA.
As an HR Firm, Particip did an “end to end” in depth audit of the “Offline” Capacity Building for Results (CBR) Human Resource planning, recruitment, and management process of the (up to 191) MOIA Civilian appointments.
