The main objective is to provide Monitoring and Evaluation Services in support to UNSOS in Somalia. Monitoring services will focus on responding to ongoing requests to review and assess the Strategic Communication and Public Information activities undertaken by UNSOS, UNSOM and ATMIS. As part of these services, Particip will provide 24/7 automated/recorded monitoring for all broadcasted client radio and television programs as well as UNSOS-supported community radios for the duration of the contract. Evaluation services shall include in-depth desk reviews of relevant documents, interviews, field visits, focus group discussions, surveys and analysis of public opinion.

The overall objective is to support the FMBEP in strengthening existing capacities for coordination of the EU development interventions in Nigeria. Given the limited budgetary resources in carrying out the key mandates of the EU Unit of the FMBEP relevant to effective implementation of the EU– MIP for Nigeria, it is pertinent to support key activities. This objective is complementary to the economic blueprint of the current Administration, i.e the Medium Term Plans of the Nigerian Agenda 2050 are also critical in meeting the targets of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The timing of the action is therefore relevant for facilitation the implementation of the recommendation from the review of the National Development Plan (NDP) and MIP. The proposed activities for this action will support all the thematic sectors and actions of the EU – MIP 2021 – 2027.

The overall objective of the assignment is to support the EU Delegation to Nigeria in the full operationalisation and implementation of the Country Level Implementation Plan (CLIP) for Nigeria in the framework of the EU Gender Action Plan III (2021-2025) and provide strategic advice to the EU Delegation in Nigeria on gender mainstreaming.

The purpose of this study is to support the upcoming evaluations of the Shared Services Canada (SSC) Cyber Security Program. The objective is to produce a study on performance measurement frameworks within cybersecurity projects, programs, policies or strategies which include lessons learned.
These findings will inform improvements to SSC’s Cyber Security Program evaluation methodology and enhance its ability to capture the program’s true value. The research may also offer useful lessons for other government programs that intend to enhance their performance measurement approach.

relevant national and basin level (regional, municipal and community) stakeholders. It is envisaged that
these plans will take a bottom-up, multi-stakeholder approach which will be mainstreamed into the national on-going work on the development of the river basin management plans as per Guidance Documents of
EU Water Framework Directive and will be in line with the concept and objectives of the EU Floods Directive, particularly for Flood Management Planning part.
