The Project Development Objective (PDO) is to improve access to basic services and food security of Select Communities in the Republic of the Sudan. The project is designed to complement the current humanitarian aid to Sudan by laying a foundation for medium and longer term development support in areas with high concentration of IDPs. It builds for the future of Sudan by restoring access to basic services and food, protecting human capital, and enhancing communities’ resilience using a bottom-up approach. It is sequenced to first meet immediate basic service needs of vulnerable groups in areas of high IDP concentration and relative safety and accessibility, followed by community-led planning and implementation of medium-term basic services.
Project M&E efforts will be supplemented by BSMA to ensure WB oversight on the ground, given limited access for Bank personnel. To support the WB to fulfil its monitoring and supervision obligations in areas where its staff are unable to access project sites, the Bank engaged with BSMA with the objective of providing a monitoring layer to complement the monitoring activities of the Implementing Entities and ensure that Bank funds are utilized for the purposes specified in the grant agreement and project documents.

By engaging beneficiaries, service providers, and implementing partners, the assignment provides credible evidence to inform AICS decision-making and strengthen the impact of humanitarian interventions

The global objective is to support the implementation of the Green Agenda in the Republic of Serbia.

The assignment concerns the end-term evaluation of Enabel’s Uganda Country Programme 2023–2027, that is structured around two main pillars:
(1) decent jobs and economic opportunities for youth, covering TVET, employability, entrepreneurship, value-chain development and business and human rights; and
(2) health, with a focus on maternal and child health and sexual and reproductive health and rights.
The evaluation assesses the programme’s relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and contribution to intended results, while also examining cross-cutting issues such as gender equality, human rights and Leave No One Behind. It combines documentary and data analysis with stakeholder interviews, focus group discussions and field visits across the main implementation areas, including Kampala, Albertine, Acholi, West Nile, Busoga and Rwenzori.
The evaluation is intended to generate evidence-based conclusions, lessons and recommendations to inform Enabel’s future programming and cooperation in Uganda.

Particip supports the Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MEHE) in implementing the Reform Road Map 2025 by strengthening decentralized and digital education management. The assignment focuses on gender-responsive capacity development, including a needs assessment, MEHE-certified training for 120 staff and on-the-job coaching with a focus on female leadership and inclusive governance. The project is expected to enhance education governance capacities, integrate gender-transformative approaches, and improve communication and reporting between MEHE, Regional Education Offices and schools.

The global objective of the Programme is to support the irrigation modernization in Egypt to increase agricultural productivity, improve water resource management, and reduce environmental impacts. The current assignment aims to prepare a pre-feasibility study for the delivery of irrigation system improvements, enhancing agricultural practices, and integrating modern technology for sustainable resource use. The study will have a holistic approach, assessing the optimal scope to intervene (tertiary, quaternary, on-farm networks) considering the expected results and available resources (quantity and quality upstream, downstream, canals, drainage) and the most adequate way of channeling the funds (public authority, development banks, commercial banks).

The overall objective of the proposed technical assistance is to enhance the OCTs’ capacities for political and policy dialogue with the EU and to support OCTA on the management of horizontal issues.

The evaluation of the Danish Energy Partnership Programmes (DEPP) assesses over a decade of Denmark’s government-to-government cooperation on green energy transition. Covering 2012–2024, it examines partnerships in countries such as China, India, South Africa, Vietnam, and Mexico. The study reviews DEPP’s contributions to renewable energy integration, energy efficiency, long-term planning, and capacity strengthening, while identifying lessons for future programming. Applying OECD-DAC criteria, the evaluation aims to document results, enhance accountability, and generate actionable recommendations to inform Denmark’s continued role as a trusted partner in advancing global climate and energy goals.

ECRP-II’s Project development objective is to improve access to services, strengthen flood resilience, and enhance institutional capacity for local service delivery and integrated disaster risk management at the national and sub-national levels.
The overall objective of this TPM is to provide third party monitoring of project implementation activities undertaken under Components 1- 3 to strengthen awareness of project risks, benefits, opportunities for correction, and conditions requiring timely intervention.
